To
add color & flavor to a lazy Saturday,chef Ashwini
tried her hands at a famous Uttara Kannada Dish Ennegai (brinjal in
oil) for the lunch. Being normal is not her way,so she twisted
the recipe,dashed with cherry tomatoes and baked tangy Brinjal
Bemiasaal :) But what is the fun relishing it alone?? So here is
she, presenting her creation, with puffy smooth chapatis :D
